ROCK HARBOR CHURCH · CARE & SUPPORT

Request Assistance

You do not have to navigate a difficult season alone.

When bills pile up, an unexpected crisis arrives, or life feels overwhelming, asking for help can be hard. You are welcome here. You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out.

"Carry each other's burdens…"

Galatians 6:2 (NIV)

We want to listen, understand what you are facing, and explore how we can walk alongside you. Share a brief explanation of your situation so we can thoughtfully review your request.

Who can request help?

Rock Harbor gives priority to our Ambassadors and regular attenders. If you are part of the wider community, we can help you explore available support and local resources. Each request is considered individually according to the situation and available resources.

What information should I share?

Both forms ask for your name and safe contact information, connection to Rock Harbor, kind of help needed, a brief explanation of your situation and how assistance would help, estimated amount (or "not sure"), deadline, and other support sought or received (or "none").

Complete the online form or the fillable PDF-not both. You can share this initial information digitally. You do not need to bring a PDF in person or schedule a meeting to submit a request.

What happens next?

  1. Submit your request using either form.
  2. We will review the information you provide to determine whether we can explore assistance with you.
  3. Depending on your situation and available resources, we may request more information, invite you to a conversation, or suggest other resources.

We may not be able to meet every financial need, but we will consider your situation with care. Submitting a request does not guarantee a meeting, assistance, or payment.
