From 2 Corinthians 10:1–6 and John 8:42–45, we’ll learn three practical, biblical ways to stop toxic thoughts: identify the lies you’re believing, replace those lies with God’s truth, and train your mind with truth until new pathways form. If you’ve been stuck in anxious, defeating, or destructive thought patterns, Jesus offers real freedom as we take captive every thought and make it obedient to Christ.
