Week 5 - Deuteronomy

Did you know one of the most frequentc ommands in the entire Bible is to remember what God has done? Remembering what God has done in the past helps us trust Him in the future. This weekend, we’re talking about how God takes care of us so we can remember the many things that He has done.

When it’s time to begin, start your morning of family worship by watching the short lesson video with your kids. It’s a great way to engage spiritually with your family.
Here is a snapshot of the lesson details for this week:
Big Idea: God takes care of us, so we should remember the many things He has done.
Big Basis: The Book of Deuteronomy
Memory Verse: “Remember the days of long ago. Think about what the Lord did through those many years.” Deuteronomy 32:7 (NIrV)

God still wants us to remember all the good He has done in our lives. Remembering still helps us trust Him – now and in the future. Take time this week to remember. Consider even finding a tangible way to remember – with rocks or sticky notes or just a simple journal. But don’t forget to remember.
