Core Scripture: Genesis 12; 15; 22 (NIV)

Christmas isn’t about us finding our way to God…it’s about God doing everything necessary to bring us home.

In this message from our Christmas series, The Way to Bethlehem, we travel with Abraham up the mountains of faith, promise, and sacrifice…and see how every step points us toward Bethlehem and, ultimately, toward the cross. Long before angels sang over a manger, God was already saying, “I will” to a broken world…and He sealed that promise in blood and fulfilled it in His Son.

If you have ever felt far from God, stuck “in the terminal” spiritually, or unsure that His promises still hold for you, this message will help you see that:

God began His plan long before you ever thought about Him.

God sealed His promise so you can know you are secure in Christ.

God fulfilled His Word in Jesus so you can come all the way home.
